Count and Duration of Follow-up of New-Onset Cancer: A Descriptive Analysis

This analysis contains estimates of the number of new cancer diagnoses and the length of their pre-diagnostic and post-diagnostic follow-up time within the Sentinel Distributed Database (SDD). This analysis contains four reports:

• Report 1: This report contains members with at least medical coverage. The study period includes data from January 1, 2000 to August 31, 2017. We distributed this request to 16 Sentinel Data Partners on March 29, 2018.
• Report 2: This report contains members with medical and drug coverage. The study period includes data from January 1, 2000 to August 31, 2017. We distributed this request to 16 Sentinel Data Partners on March 29, 2018.
• Report 3: This report contains members with at least medical coverage. The study period includes data from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2015. We distributed this request to one Sentinel Data Partner, Medicaid, on March 29, 2018.
• Report 4: This report contains members with at medical and drug coverage. The study period includes data from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2015. We distributed this request to one Sentinel Data Partner, Medicaid, on March 29, 2018.
